Meet Mox! 🐾💙

Mox is one of those dogs who makes it incredibly easy to fall in love. This sweet, gentle guy loves people, is good with other dogs, and is an absolute dream to walk. He cruises along on a nice loose leash and responds beautifully to just a light tug if he needs a little reminder to slow down.

He’s also got brains to go with that handsome face! 🧠 Mox knows sit, will patiently hold his sit while waiting for a treat, and can even catch treats midair! He takes treats gently and is a patient, polite boy who seems genuinely happy just spending time with his people.

When he isn’t showing off his good manners, Mox knows how to have fun. He loves playing in the pool, and after a nice walk, he’s perfectly content to find a spot to relax, flop over and roll around on his back. 😂 He’s also house-trained and has shown himself to be an easygoing companion both out and about and during downtime.

Mox came to the shelter with an injury to his side, and while we may never know exactly what happened to him before he arrived, what we do know is the dog standing in front of us today: sweet, trusting, gentle and full of love. ❤️

Mox has already been through enough. Now he deserves the good part—the comfy bed, pool days, treats flying through the air, dog friends and a family who thinks he’s just as special as we do.
