Maddie’s journey with us started with a bit of a surprise. She was found in one of the shelter’s yards all on her own, sitting there as if to say, "I’m ready for my next chapter!" Now that she's had a short stay in a loving foster home, this sweet girl is showing everyone what a total dream she is.

Maddie is a wonderfully relaxed soul who believes there is no better place in the world than right next to her favorite humans. If you’re looking for a cuddle buddy to snuggle up with after a long day, she is more than happy to fill the role.

Toy Aficionado: Her absolute favorite thing to play with is her squeaky bird toy. She takes her squeaker duties very seriously!

Fitness in Progress: While she loves her outdoor adventures, her physical endurance is still a work in progress! She’s currently operating on "scenic wander" energy rather than "marathon runner" pace, so she’d love a home where she can build up her stamina at a relaxed, comfortable speed.
